Terms and Conditions:

  • You and your referral are humans.

  • Timeframe of the first event should take place within one year of the referral submission date.

  • 8% of the event price refers to the base price of the first event, excludes taxes, payment processing fees and travel expenses.

  • The referral program’s intent is to reward brand advocacy. Full disclosure of the program will be made visible to both, the referrer and the referred. The referrer must clearly disclose the existence of this incentive to any prospective lead. Here’s a simple script you can use: “I’m introducing you to The Great Kind because I truly value their work. Full disclosure: I am participating in their referral program, so if you end up booking an event with them, they’ll send me a small thank-you commission at no extra cost to you.”

  • In the case of multiple referrals for the same event, the thank-you incentive will be split equally amongst all individuals who filled out this referral form.

  • If the referral is successful, payment will be made using interac e-transfer to the email provided above after payment is successfully received from the referral.

  • This program is void where prohibited by law. Referrals involving individuals in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, public procurement, real estate) are strictly ineligible for rewards.

  • Participation does not create an employment or agency relationship. The referrer is an independent contractor.

  • Referrers may not refer themselves, their own entities, or any entity in which they have a controlling interest.

  • The referrer is solely responsible for any federal, provincial, or local taxes arising from the receipt of the incentive.

  • Shin at The Great Kind reserves all rights to determine the validity of a referral and the distribution of the incentive.
